According to Special:Version, MusicBrainz Wiki currently runs on MediaWiki 1.39.7, which is even older than the legacy LTS release available for download (1.39.15). According to MediaWiki's own Version lifecycle, 1.39.x versions will reach their end-of-life in 2025-12 (as noted by julian45 back in 2025-01).

My suggestion is to update MBWiki's MediaWiki to either currently supported LTS version of 1.43.5 (that will reach EOL in 2027-12) or the latest available stable version of 1.44.2 (that will reach EOL in 2026-06).
