Weblate: translation propagation between MusicBrainz components overwrites language/script/country names

      All components have Allow translation propagation enabled. Weblate then copies any translation to every other component of the project that has the same source string, and it does this on every change: UI edits, file uploads, and it also rewrites components that were not touched at all.

      The database-derived catalogs share a lot of msgids on purpose. See MBS-4338 and MBS-4855. Propagation silently undoes that fix.
