Compare and choose from all artwork sources

The ability to prioritize artwork sources is a great improvement, but what would be best is the ability to choose among different artwork sources. For instance, I might have local artwork, artwork from CAA, and from fanart.tv all available, but without fiddling with options for every album, I can't compare them side by side and decide which one I want.

The current behavior is to avoid to download all images from all providers, which would slow down big batches a lot.
If we want to be able to compare images, it means to actually download each image.
If we add rate limits in the mix, it can be tedious when tagging a lot of files, especially for users with slow connections.

Order of preference already exist for cover art image providers, so, perhaps the best approach would have a dialog that list all possible sources for which images weren't downloaded yet,  and let the user manually download images.
For example, let's say we have 3 enabled providers in Options: A, B, C (A being top priority)
If current cover art image came from A, let users download from B & C manually (and optionally) and display images for them to select which one they prefer.

We could also offer an option to always download all images and to automatically select the one with higher resolution (but this isn't always the "best" image).

Order of preference would work too, if applied for each image—e.g., if I have a local front-cover image, don't go looking elsewhere for it. Otherwise check CAA. If not there, then check fanart.tv, etc. That'd let you override a single image easily. (Not sure what you'd do with things that legitimately have multiple, like booklet pages).

Or better yet, have Picard compare and choose highest resolution or something...
