If Picard is started with, for example, python2 tagger.py -style windows, Qt doesn't use the windows style, with python2 tagger.py -style=windows it does. According to http://pyqt.sourceforge.net/Docs/PyQt4/qapplication.html#QApplication both are valid an there are some arguments that take values and do not support the syntax with equals signs.
