MusicBrainz Event Id and MusicBrainz Place Id

      When tagging specifically live bootleg releases it would be nice to have the "MusicBrainz Event Id" and "MusicBrainz Place Id" for each recording as tag variables available...like the other "MusicBrainz xxx Id" variables
