Picard ignores default browser in lookup commands

      macOS 10.12.5, 64-bit, 16GB RAM

      When I invoke any of the web browser features in Picard 1.4.2 it opens in Firefox, not my default browser. I have checked the system settings, Firefox is not the default HTML or HTTP/HTTPS handler.
