Tried log in under three different user settings
Update from prior version. to 1.4.1
May have run update for compatibility Windows 7 as in file properties there is no option to change (grayed out) set at windows 7

Musci Brainz = set plug in options back to default
Was handing up after loading music folder on same song during tagging
Diabled finger printing. As in loading music files to tag was hanging up on fingerprint search.

File name script being used: %artist% - %title%

After default tagging as Album changed to Track

After disable fingerprinting problem occurs elsewhere in the taged list (differnt music file)

Would load music selected music folder for purpose of this report but results would have to use task managetr to force program to close and lose debug report.

Downloaded Picard MusciBrainz version 1.3.2 exe and may just unistall and reinstall.
Had similar problems with prior version, so not best solution. Yet was able to get program to finish tagging enough to save tagged files.

I agree, the interface is difficult for novice to follow. I read all the setup otions information and watched a video or three to get started. Still not being a heavy user I get lost in the proceedure. find the web page and help very time conssuming and vague. Took over two hours to read through all the information on debugging. Tried the search page and that was somewhat evasive. looking for the older version to download was not appearent to me (duh0 which was the windows compatible version (exe) I guessed. Woinder why there was zip files only for select versions.

I searched the Picard directory for a saved debug log to read and see if each crash was appened to it. Could not find a saved log file, then assunmed its only a online program sunning operation, as relaized it was a copy/paste job to the issue report by reading the HELP.

The optopns for clearind all prior tags, moving the >jpg and othe rfiles extensions (art?) and few other otions were vague to me. As I see that the otion to embed art to tags was my prefrence.
