Had MacOS crash a couple of weeks ago. Since then I am getting an error for Missing Constraints.

Detected missing constraints for <private>. It cannot be placed because there are not enough constraints to fully define the size and origin. Add the missing constraints, or set translatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints=YES and constraints will be generated for you. If this view is laid out manually on macOS 10.12 and later, you may choose to not call [super layout] from your override. Set a breakpoint on DETECTED_MISSING_CONSTRAINTS to debug. This error will only be logged once.

I have deleted and reinstalled Picard. Same fault. Can anyone let me know where the setting file for Picard is located so I can delete it?

I have also tried to rebuild/validate everything I can of OSX with Onyx and tried safe mode, unplugging my additional monitors etc, and MBP still won't run. I have seen its a common error with OSX Sierra but can not find any information on how to fix it outside of the application itself. I believe there is a config file somewhere for MPB but do not know of the location.
      Thanks,
      Russell
