Currently, it's pretty hard to see what changed in a multi-valued tag with a lot of values. It would be nice if there were some way to see only additions and deletions instead of the entire old list next to the entire new list.

It's also hard to see what changed when there are related changes across many files (e.g., one artist in the ARTISTS tag was changed), so it would be nice if the additions/deletions were shown instead of just seeing "(different across N items)" in the old and new list.
