Lost All Picard Settings After Windows BSOD

      Windows 10 64 bit

      Windows crashed, lost all Picard settings, this should not be possible, I wasn't changing settings at the time (or even any closish time to the BSOD).

      Possibly settings should be written to temp file then moved in.
