Make columns in plugins list resizable

      Some names the plugins list are truncated. I tried to resize the column since the versions column is a bit wider then it needs to be, but you can only resort the columns. There’s no way to resize them at the moment.
      I’ve attached a screenshot of the truncated text.

          I am going ahead and close this. With PICARD-1313 the plugin UI was reworked and now the columns have only the size needed.

          That means the name column is as wide as it can be, since the version and actions column take only their minimum required space. Since they can't be made smaller anyway, and making them wider does not provide any value, there is no point in being able to resize the columns.

          @zas Should we close this? I think we should. Technically one cannot resize the columns, since the Version and Actions column are fixed size. But they only take the place they actually need, and I think the main motivation behind this tickets was that the version column took up so much space leaving not enough for the Name column.
