Let us sort the Tags column in the details panel

      In the actual Picard version 2.0.0dev5 the column "Tags" (left from "Old Value" and "New Value") can't be sorted.

      To check the tags for completeness it would be helpful to sort at least the first column "Tags" alphabetically.

      This would only not be valid for the Tags changed if the right-click option "Show Changes first" is activated.
