      Picard 2.0 isn't code signed. Code signing is a necessary step as all OS manufacturers are tightening security and blocking non-code signed applications by default.

      From what I've read Apple is waving the developer registration fee for organizations like MB. So there really isn't any obstacle to signing Picard.
