Activating a plugin with custom settings needs re-opening the Options dialog

      When a plugin gets activated that provides custom settings UI, these settings only become visible after closing and opening the options dialog again.

          It happens for example with fanart.tv plugin.
          And when uninstalled, one has to close/open Options dialog to make it go away.
