      Add support for the iTunes podcast tags

      Tag ID3 MP4
      podcast PCST pcst
      podcastcategory TCAT catg
      podcastdesc TDES ldes
      podcastid TGID egid
      podcastkeywords TKWD keyw
      podcasturl WFED purl

      Partial support for podcast and podcasturl is already present, but for MP4 only. Mutagen should already have support for those fields.
