$lenmulti with missing name returns "1"

      When calling the `$lenmulti` function with no name specified (e.g. `$lenmulti(,)` or `$lenmulti(,; )`) the function returns a count of "1".  This should probably return either "0", or preferably "" (to indicate an error).
