Would it be possible to add a feature (or plugin) that allows us to rank different file types, say 1. FLAC, 2. mp3, 3. wav. 4. ogg and based on these preferred file types keep the type highest ranked? (Similar to how we select Covert Art Providers)

For example, if I have album X by artist Y in mp3, then add FLAC through Picard it would detect the mp3's in the destination location, and remove them while adding the higher preferred type.

This feature would be very useful when it comes to "upgrading" your music library.
