Let the choice on how often to scan files and folders (only one, always,..)

      Use cases :

      • My favorite album is perfect and I don't want it to change
      • An album do not have a coverart and I want to check every time to have always the latest informations 
      • My miscellaneous folder is full of free but unknowned albums , I want to scan the albums which are not complet or mark as complet (some dislike tracks are deleted)

       

      => Have a choice on how to scan the folders and files  (like in Picasa for example)
