For instrument arranger tags, append the instrument in parentheses

      When a recording has both an "arranger" and "instrument arranger", they are both placed in the Arranger field without any disambiguation.  I think it would be nice if the tagging worked like Performers, where a "strings arranger" would result in a tag value of "John Doe (strings)".

      If this is not wanted in the Picard core, how feasible would it be as a plugin?
