Option to open new command line requests in an existing instance

      I don't know if I'm phrasing this right, but basically I can send any number of files via the command line to Picard and it will load them all in the same window. But if I run the same command again, a new window will open. I would like an option that if Picard is already open, it loads the new tracks in the existing window, basically the same as if I had added them by drag & drop.
