macOS 10.15.7 on MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
Whenever I ask picard to scan my entire library, it takes a very long time to import these files. The CPU usage gets to be over 100%. The app also starts acting very slow to user input, and on many occasions, Picard will crash if I bother it too much during that process. If I run the scan while I'm away from my mac, it then will ask me to reauthorize my account. Even when "You have granted access to MusicBrainz Picard. Next, return to MusicBrainz Picard and copy this token to complete the authorization process:", it keeps asking me for authorization. The only solution to the issue is to restart picard 2.4.1.
The main reason I downgraded from Picard 2.4.4 to 2.4.1 was the fact that 2.4.4 was the least stable version of the app I've used so far. 2.4.4 would crash almost every time I tried using it properly. The only difference between 2.4.4 and 2.4.1 is that 2.4.1 didn't crash when I asked it to scan 17537 files, it just required me to force quit.
I've included the most recent crash logs from picard-run
Please fix this soon!
