Loading c. 50 albums with AcoustID enabled in Options / Fingerprinting, I get several errors as follows:

I suspect that Picard has the correct rate limit, but that this is due to rounding errors or minor transmission delays and that either Picard needs a slightly slower rate or AcoustBrainz needs a slightly more relaxed calculation of when to reject a call.
