Picard crashes when right-clicking in metadata box on macOS

      Picard crashes (see debug output attached).

      To repro:

      1. Open Picard
      2. Add Files, add one or more files
      3. Select one or more of the added files to display tags
      4. Right-click in the metadata box at the bottom of the window

      Also reproduced with all plugins removed.
