By "comprehensive tag support" I mean that Picard should:

1. Load, make visible and save all tags defined in ID3v2 and (other music formats) - primarily de-jure, but also de-facto (and include them by default in the preserved tags list); and
2. Provide consistency across all formats for all tags (or at least where this is possible), creating new freestyle tags if needed to hold the data.
