If you enable MusicBrainz genres, these are populated using a mixture of Track and Album genres (and if also enabled, Artist genres).

I would like to see the following (backwards compatible) changes to Picard to improve genre handling:

a. Add additional genre options: "Include Artist Genres" (default disabled - if enabled, disables the existing "Fallback" option), "Include Track Genres" (default enabled), "Create album genres from majority track genres" (default disabled - adds genres to %_releasegenre% if at least half of tracks contain the genre).

b. Create %_artist_genres%, %_release_genres% and %_track_genres% so that we can use scripts to see where a genre comes from (especially useful if you want track genres in metadata but don't want to include them in file naming paths. Also create %_musicbrainz_genres% to hold a copy of whatever the %genre% is set to by Picard in case plugins overwrite it.
