Currently, there are options for:
1. Use release (artist-release) relationships
2. Use track (artist-recording and artist-work) relationships

For the users who want only precise data, they would disable "release relationships" but enable "track relationships". However, for the users who want the most precise relationships, there is no ability to ignore the Work Arranger when a Recording Arranger is present.

I think it would be helpful for an option to "Use recording arranger instead of work arranger" or maybe more broadly, "Use work arranger"
