track title populates field for album title

      Following enhancements related to PICARD-358 and PICARD-1532, the application populates track and album metadata in files having a tag identifying the release (i.e. MUSICBRAINZ_ALBUMID). However, the application appears inconsistently to populate the TITLE tag with an arbitrary track title rather than the album title.
