Options display problems on "Network" page

      Windows 7 portable version and running from source.

      The options on the "Network" options page do not display properly.  Specifically:

      1. The "Request timeout in seconds" selector is right-justified on the page, taking it far away from the label.
      2. The "Default listening port" label is word wrapped, causing the lower part of the text to be cut off.
