Picard has been hit or miss for me when it comes to doing album lookup ( I just tried to search for FINAL FANTASY TACTICS Original Sound Track and it gave me the Taiwanese release. ) I'm guessing Picard looks up the album by name and contents, but this method often gives me the wrong release. AcoustID is hit or miss sometimes too because things like karaoke and reprints throw it off, giving me multiple album results (as an example, N64Y2K Millennium Trax which has AcoustID already tagged in it gives three different album results because a few songs are similar to other versions). The catalog number, however, is much more likely to give me the exact release I want, and my library is already tagged with that anyway. I know you can switch versions and set your preferred release country (which I didn't set until it gave me the Taiwanese release), but this would be a better option for this kind of situation I think.
Can there be an option to force Album Lookup to simply perform a catno:XXXXX search, or at least prioritize it?
