Handle null terminated tag values in Vorbis / FLAC tags

      Some files end up with unexpected null terminated values in the tags. See e.g. the case of Vorbis files in PICARD-2520. As Vorbis does not require null termination trailing null bytes become part of the actual tag value.

      I think Picard should strip those trailing null chars on reading and saving.
