Currently, if you are logged into your MusicBrainz account through Picard, you can see your personal "Release Collections".... an no other collections as far as I can tell. When you right-click on a matched album (one or more selected) in the right pane of the main Picard window, there is an option there named "Collections". Under that sub-menu, will be your list of personal "Release Collections" from MusicBrainz, with checkboxes next to each collection.

I propose a new feature, which is just like this, except for your "Recording Collections", which is accessible by right clicking on one or more selected recordings. (The ones nested under the matched Releases, in the right pane of the window.) 

I'm trying to organize my music, and just want to make a list of just the good tracks, and not whole entire albums.
