Add missing keyboard commands to Appendix D docs

      The docs in Appendix D for keyboard shortcuts seem to be missing some items.

      So far the missing ones I've noticed are:

      1. Ctrl+A for select all
      2. Space for selecting a button
      3. Tab/Shift+Tab for navigating the UI
      4. Right arrow/Left arrow for expand/collapse an item

      I'm guessing there are probably others as well.
