Since upgrading Picard from 2.8.3 to 2.8.4, I've noticed Action Tool text randomly disappears.  Quitting and restarting the app brings it back, but not permanently.  A system reboot after upgrading did not resolve the issue.  Config file and text list of plugs have been attached.
