Add functionalilty to read barcode from the webcam

      It would be nice if Picard would have a barcode lookup button similar to the CD Lookup, that would scan the barcode using the webcam. I know that this functionality is available in the Picard Barcode Android App, but I have a Pinephone which cannot install that. On top of that it would just be rather convenient to have it directly in the same application.
