As a tagger, I want to replace (sub)strings/characters in the values of all tags that are available in a file in order to be able to eliminate e.g., forbidden characters or non ISO characters.

Additional Info

In e.g., mp3tag, an advanced tag called _ALL is available that represents all tags loaded from files. This facilitates scripting a lot because scripts do not have to be extended / do not have to be specific about the tags to be changed.
