Translation of the locale names take up a huge part of the translation corpus. Overall these translations are not that relevant to the overall state of the translation of the Picard user interface, as they mainly influence one UI element (the locale selection for preferred locales).

It would be preferable to move those translations into a separate .pot file. That way translation progress on the main UI texts is better represented and the locale name translation could be easier reused elsewhere.
