After downloading for upgrade the new version crashed at the end of installation

      I tried to upgrade after getting message when I opened the program. After running 

      the upgrade the program crashed and left me a file.

          During Installation there should have been a prompt to uninstall the previously installed version. Did you perform that uninstall or did you cancel?

           

          Also did you have Picard running while doing the install of the new version?
