Picard crashes on startup after upgrade from 2.8 to 2.9

      Got this after upgrading, and now can't start Picard at all. Log file attached:

      "An unexpected error has caused Picard to crash".

      I did get errors during the first upgrade attempt, as Picard was already open, so I aborted the upgrade, closed the app, and retried it. It appeared to complete successfully on the 2nd attempt.
