Switching option profiles does not update menu items

      When switching option profiles via the Options > Enable/disable profiles menu any action that is also available via the menu does not get visually updated.

      E.g. if you change option profiles that cause the "move" or "rename" options to toggle, this change is not reflected by the checkmarks in the Options menu for "Move Files" or "Rename Files".
