Double clicking a file in Picard currently brings up the file info dialog. For convenience users might want to invoke a different action instead, like playing the file.

Add a configuration to customize the action when double clicking the file. Possible actions:

• Open file info dialog (default)
• Open in internal player (only if the internal player is available)
• Open in external player
