Add a new `$languagename()` scripting function to return the name of the language for the provided language code.  This should be similar to the `$countryname()` scripting function.

The translations of the language names is available from the MusicBrainz Server project similar to the translations for the country names, and should be able to be loaded through the `setup.py` script in the same way.
