[PICARD-2996] the program is having a hard time looking up music

The archive.org website is currently suffering from.a hacker attack. Since the cover art archive is hosted there this impacts Picard's cover art loading.

See the existing ticket PICARD-2992

While they have partially restored the service and cover art has been reported to sometimes load it is still not fully up yet and right now the data is not available.
As a workaround disable the Cover Art Archive sources in Picard's options.
