Scan: Allow disabling a type completely (e.g. no compilations)

      This is for the Scan function specifically. This is already implemented for Lookup in:
      https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/PICARD-1771

      This is requested quite regularly by users: Include an option to disable or block a release type completely, including compilation.

      e.g. if only a compilation is found, don't match the track/s at all.

      It seems that users expect this behaviour when dragging a slider in "Settings > Preferred release types" to 0.
