First time doin a ticket so sorry if i got any formatting issues but yeah, crashes any time i try to open it. Just, i press to open the thing, computer makes running noises, then it tells me it crashed. Consistent whether doing so from the Run program, start menu, or shortcuts. Gave a crash log text file, attached is the first instance but through all attempts log is the same from what i can tell. 

In my updating to this alpha i made no backups of anything because i've just been using this with no setting modifications anyway, if that helps.
