the current options, 250px, 500px, 1200px, and full size are great but not ideal

1200px is too low for some use cases and the full size image could be up to 6000px which is overkill in a lot of places.

If the user could define their own preferred maximum image size, the full size image could be downloaded and converted to the set size by the client.
