For ID3 Tags, It would be great if the "ID3v2 text encoding" label was changed to include the word "preferred", and a "Fallback to UTF encoding when needed" toggle was added when ISO-8859-1 is selected.

This would indicate that the specified (preferred) encoding should be used when the data is able to be successfully encoded using the specified encoding, but enabling the "fallback" option would allow individual tag fields to be encoded using utf-8 for id3v2.4 and utf-16 for id3v2.3 when necessary in order to preserve the information.
