Reinstalling local in-place plugin and switching to git fails

      When I try to reinstall a local plugin (in-place install) and choose "switch to git" option it fails with an error:

      Failed to reinstall plugin "Pseudo-Releases":
"Could not find ref 'local'. Available refs: main, origin/dev, origin/feature/pseudo-release-overlay, origin/main"
