Use Original Values on multiple albums causes long freeze

      Since the upgrade from 2.9.2 to 3.0.1, using the "Use Original Values" option when selecting a large amount of tracks/albums causes the program to freeze for 1-5 minutes.

      In my specific use case, after expanding and highlighting about 40 albums / 400 songs, I select Use Original Tags on the following: Track Name, Artist, Album Artist, Album, Track Number, Disc Number

      Confirmed this does not happen on 2.9.2
