The browser integration port allows users to add a release to Picard. It would be nice if I can also add files and folders to Picard using some sort of endpoint.

My current workflow:
1. I have Lidarr to manage my music and I created a small script so that when Lidarr imports or retags a release, it sends the MBID to Picard using the browser integration port
2. I open Picard and add the folder
3. Then I save the files

Let's say I have many albums that need tagging through this workflow, I need to add the folders one by one which can get a little repetitive and needlessly time consuming. With this feature, the folders will already be in Picard and all I need to do is save the tags when I open Picard.
