- Qt: 6.11.2
- Fresh installation with default settings; no enabled plugins
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Picard 3.0.2 Portable.
2. Open Options → Plugins / Plugin Manager.
3. Click Refresh to retrieve the available plugin list, or use the controls for adding a repository URL.
4. Picard immediately terminates without displaying an error.
Expected behavior: Plugin repository information loads or the repository URL dialog opens.
Actual behavior: Complete application termination without an error message. Reproducible on a fresh portable installation.

Notes: The failure occurs with multiple Plugin Manager repository controls, suggesting a problem in repository management or related native GUI code
